The staff here is friendly, and the location is amazing; the room is clean, the bathroom is excellent, with a hairdryer, walk-in shower, and soft bath sheets.

the location was unbeatable, 4-6 minutes walking distance from old town actually, the room was lovely and good with an extra bed.

We stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was lovely little, had ideal location in the heart of Old town. The room was good sized and functional with a large bathroom and the staff informative! Everything here was very good.

I had a fantastic stay at Casa Kasteli in the heart of the charming old town of Chania. the location is unbeatable and provides easy access to both historical sites and the vibrant seafront nightlife. the room itself was well-maintained, with daily cleaning and a fully-stocked fridge. the spacious bathroom had all the necessary amenities, and the cozy balcony offered a lovely view of the city. the staff, especially Alexis, were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

I will definitely choose Casa Kasteli for my future visits to Chania. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.
